Eat The Frog is provided for lawful purposes only, as a personal productivity tool. You agree not to misuse the service.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities that occur under it.
You retain rights to the task titles, descriptions, and other content you create in Eat The Frog.
Eat The Frog optionally connects to Google Tasks and Microsoft To Do at your request. These services are provided by Google and Microsoft respectively and are governed by their own terms — Rain or Shine Apps is not responsible for their availability or behaviour.
Any in-app purchases are final unless otherwise required by law. Restore purchases using the restore button on the pricing screen.
Eat The Frog is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eat The Frog shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of new terms.
