Eat The Frog by Rain or Shine Apps
Last updated: July 2026
We collect information you provide when creating an account, such as your name and email address (or the details shared by Apple or Google if you sign in that way). We also store the content you create in Eat The Frog — your daily task titles, descriptions, dates, and completion history.
If you choose to connect Google Tasks or Microsoft To Do, you authorise this directly with Google or Microsoft through their own sign-in screens — we never see or store your Google or Microsoft password. We only read the titles and completion status of tasks you explicitly select as your frog, and update that status when you complete it in either app. You can disconnect either service at any time in Profile; your existing tasks are left as they are.
Morning and evening reminders are scheduled locally on your device. We do not use a third-party push notification service that reads your task content.
We use your information to provide and improve the app, send technical notices, and respond to your questions.
We do not sell your personal information, and we never share it with advertisers or trackers. We may share it with service providers who help operate our platform (such as our database and subscription providers), or when required by law.
We implement appropriate measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access or disclosure.
You can access or delete your account and its data at any time from within the app.
Eat The Frog is a general productivity tool not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of changes by posting the new policy on this page.
